Seller Program Terms

These terms apply to invited publication sellers and operate alongside the assignment-specific terms shown in the seller workspace.

Operational draft for launch review. This document should be reviewed for the business entity, jurisdiction, and current operations before public launch.

1

Invitation and authority

Seller access is invitation-only, non-transferable, and tied to a reviewed supplier organisation. Sellers must provide accurate identity, authority, availability, editorial, pricing, payout, and publication information.

2

Marketplace control

Seller submissions are proposals. PR Bucket controls canonical publication data, buyer presentation, retail pricing, marketplace visibility, assignment, verification, disputes, and removal. Sellers must not contact or solicit buyers outside the mediated workflow.

3

Assignments and corrections

Each assignment records the seller net amount, currency, response deadline, turnaround, editorial requirements, and retention promise. One scoped correction is included when delivery materially differs from the approved brief. Scope changes require PR Bucket review and separate agreement where appropriate.

4

Earnings and payouts

A verified placement enters a seven-day hold before becoming available for manual payout. Holds, voids, adjustments, payout methods, references, and timing are recorded in the seller ledger. Taxes, receiving fees, and accurate payout details remain the seller’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

5

Retention and remediation

Sellers support the agreed placement for 180 days from verification. Confirmed removal or material alteration may require repair or replacement and may lead to a held earning, void, or explicit adjustment after PR Bucket review. A transient outage does not by itself establish breach.

6

Suspension and records

PR Bucket may pause new assignments, make a workspace read-only, or end seller access for inaccurate supply, missed commitments, policy breach, security risk, or unresolved quality issues. Commercial, fulfilment, audit, dispute, and payout records are retained as reasonably required.
